Warranty Coverage
Every RESPIRA-X device is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Battery or charging issues not caused by misuse.
- OLED display or electronic faults.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage).
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Loss of accessories (USB-C cable, mouthpieces, etc.).
- Damage caused by water or cleaning with harsh chemicals. Warranty
Claim Process
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace your RESPIRA-X free of charge.
Refunds on Warranty
Claims
If your device cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
