How To Use

Remove the device from its packaging and fully charge it before first use.
Try out breathing tips A, B, and C by inhaling through each one to see which feels most comfortable.
Attach your chosen breathing tip, ensuring the arrows are aligned correctly.
Use the device similarly to a vape or cigarette to help manage cravings and provide a satisfying “hit.”
For lung training and to build respiratory strength, breathe in and out through either side for 5–10 minutes daily (or as preferred). Take breaks if you feel lightheaded.
To track progress, power on the device every couple of weeks (or as desired) and measure airflow by inhaling or exhaling through the correct side. The display shows airflow in millilitres. Press the button multiple times to view your last five measurements.
